Developmental Program
Are you new to the game? Just not ready for the full club experience? Join our Developmental Program for athletes that are new or need more experience in volleyball. Our goal is to teach you good fundamentals of passing, serving, hitting, and setting. If this sounds good to you then this program is what you need.

Open to all players aged 10 - 14.

Frequently Asked Questions
PRACTICE
Are practices mandatory? All team practices are mandatory. In the event of a missed practice, coaches should be notified as soon as possible, except in the most extreme circumstances, where one day’s notice should be given. Always be ready to practice at least 15 minutes prior to your team taking the court. Practice time is limited, so every athlete must be dressed, warmed up, and ready to go at the scheduled practice time
Where are practices at? Practices are at our facility: 116 Romans Road, Suffolk, VA 23434
When does club volleyball start? At Edge, we will begin practice sometime in November, depending on the High School postseason, and tournaments will start in January.
Are there water fountains at the practice location? Water fountains are available for athletes. We do recommend that athletes fill their water before coming to practice.
2025 Developmental Team
Edge Volleyball will be running another Development Season. We are looking for athletes. If you are new to the sport or have played Rec League and are looking to grow your skills this is the program for you.
